Bailey and Pat talk about his journey to the cheerleading team and then on to one of the most iconic roles in collegiate sports. Pat shares his motivators and his drive that willed him to overcome a torn ACL that threatened to end his last year as the leprechaun. Pat embodies the “Yes, and…” mentality, and he shares how this mindset brought his childhood goal to fruition.
