Episode 30: Having No Regrets - ft. Emily Harrigan

In this week's episode, Bailey catches up with Emily Harrigan, who grew up playing soccer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After being a star high school player, Emily went to Rutgers University to begin her collegiate career. Unlike a lot of injuries that have physical barriers for others to see, Emily endured a torn hamstring that looked as if she was fine to others. After breaking her arm and realizing she was not in the best position for herself, she transferred to the University of Pittsburgh to finish out her collegiate career close to home. Emily gives some great insight to how she continually works on her mental health, her passion for health and fitness, and what's next for her!
